The purpose of this online shop is to provide you with the possibility to buy Profi-Glue Limited products world wide in countries where no sole importer / distributor is in place.
We will not ship to countries where we have sole importer in place, which are as of now: USA, SOUTH AFRICA, KENYA, TANZANIA, LESOTHO, SWAZILAND, ZAMBIA, MOZAMBIQUE, SEYCHELLES, MADAGASCAR, MAURITIUS, MALLORCA, BOTSWANA, ZIMBABWE and NAMIBIA. We will also not ship trough this online shop to GERMANY, THE NETHERLANDS, SWITZERLAND, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM and LUXEMBOURG.
Typographical Errors: Profi-Glue Limited strives to make every piece of information as accurately as we could. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Profi-Glue Limited shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card or PayPal account has been charged. If your credit card or PayPal account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Profi-Glue Limited shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account or PayPal account in the amount of the charge.
ORDERS & PRICES
Our prices are displayed in EURO and include, depending on the country or region where the goods will be shipped to, the legal value added or sales tax.
All recipients outside of the EU, including residents of the Channel-, Balearic- and Canary Islands and the other countries mentioned above are responsible for any local import duties, customs and brokerage fees, or taxes that may be charged. Usually these charges are paid for by the carrier (DHL) on import of the shipment and then are invoiced to the recipient on or after delivery of the shipment nevertheless you are fully responsible for customs clearance and all involved charges if this service is not provided by the carrier in your area. Profi-Glue Limited will not be able to offer compensation or refunds for orders that are not deliverable because the recipient is not paying for customs fees.
Availability information for the products in our shop is listed on each item's detail page. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any items you order turn out to be unavailable or if their delivery will be delayed due to any reasons.
When you place an order to purchase a product from our online shop, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details and the total value of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase one or more products. We accept this offer by sending a order confirmation e-mail to you.
Profi-Glue Limited accepts the following forms of payment: Visa - Master card ( through PayPal), PayPal, Bank transfer on request.
All transactions on Profi-Glue Limited online shop use PayPal’s encryption system. Your name, address, and credit card information cannot be viewed by anyone else and will be kept strictly confidential. We are a verified PayPal account holder.

Warehouses in two different locations are fulfilling Profi-Glue Limited online orders: Germany fulfilling all orders worldwide (excluding Cyprus for which we have a warehouse in Cyprus).
If not stated otherwise, all goods are in stock and all orders will usually get sent out no later than 2 to 3 workdays.
Shipping lead times are based on the estimation from DHL, we can not accept any resposibility for delays caused by the shipper

We do our very best to keep your shipping costs within a reasonable range, but decided to only offer traceable courier services and orders should reach you the best and fastest way possible.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Shipping Damage: Should your shipment arrive at your delivery address damaged, please do not accept the shipment, or have the courier confirm the damage. Since courier services will not accept damage complaints that are filed at a later date, we will not be able to offer compensation or exchange in such cases.

7- day "No-Questions-Asked" Returns: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you may return it for a full refund within 7 days of your receipt of the product after contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org and receiving a return authorization number. You must return the product to the specified Profi-Glue Limited warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the return uthorization number. The returned item(s) must be in unused, unopened condition with all original packaging and documentation. You will be credited for your full purchase less our initial shipping charge and a 10% service charge for restocking. You are also responsible for the shipping costs of your return shipment. See NOTE below.
Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect item (i.e. an item differing from the item in your order confirmation email) please contact our customer service. Profi-Glue Limited will provide an immediate replacement with the correct item and assume all return shipping costs.
NOTE: Profi-Glue Limited recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Profi-Glue Limited or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Beyond 7-day return period and for a period of 12 month, Profi-Glue Limited warrants for clearly essential and unrecoverable defects of the product (assuming the original packing is still closed), only. Profi-Glue Limited is not responsible for specific characteristic of products and any public statements of Profi-Glue Limited, for example in advertisement or general product descriptions, shall only be considered if have been expressly and specifically agreed in writing. Profi-Glue Limited shall only warrant for such defects, which existed at the time of the rendering or acceptance of the product. Please contact the service team in order to clarify warranty procedure details. Profi-Glue Limited shall – at its sole discretion – remove defects subject to warranty by substitution. Profi-Glue Limited shall never be liable for any workmanship related warranties

You agree that the use of the site is entirely at your own risk.
